What can I do with NC.DATA?
For the production of HSB roof and wall elements, Tekwoods provides a unique (optional) module to convert the 3D drawings to data. Data that can be loaded directly into the sawing machine or router.
Has your drawing been created in TEKWOODS 3D.BIM then you generate data files with NC.DATA for Hundegger(TurboDrive & SpeedCut), H&M automatic crosscut saws (HM-Z, HM-D, HM-T & Trussmaster), WEINIG(Easystop) and Tigerstop(TigerStop), among others.

How it works.
From TEKWOODS.3D BIM you can create a db.TWSBDB file. Generating the machine files is done by converting the db.TWSBDB file to the desired format using the optional NC.DATA module. The NC.DATA module provides as output:
- A .BVX for Hundegger (SC3 & Cambium)
- A .BTLX for H&M (HM-Z, HM-D, HM-T & Trussmaster)
- a .PLX for Tigerstop
- A .CSV for Little (Easystop)
Support.
Because each sawing machine works differently, the recommendation is always to test the data files. To perform a test, Tekwoods can provide a .DWG with different saw shapes supported (.pdf). With NC.DATA you convert drawings created in AutoCAD/TEKWOODS.3D BIM 2024 (or later). Drawings created in an older version cannot be converted with NC.DATA.
